Shenandoah Joe, a local Coffee Roastery and Espresso Bar, offers some of the finest fresh-roasted coffee in the Central Virgina area. Located in downtown Harrisonburg, right next to Benny's Pizza, it's a great place to crack open a book when Carrier Library and ECL are packed.
