Candy Cane Bark

Ingredients

  • 1-2 cups of crushed candy canes

  • 2 pounds white or milk chocolate or both

Directions

  • Place candy canes in a plastic bag and crush with a hard object that you can find in your kitchen.

  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave if easier.

  • Add the crushed candy canes to the melted chocolate.

  • Pour the mix on a cookie sheet that has wax paper on it.

  • Place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or until hard.

  • Lastly, break chocolate in to pieces and enjoy.

Now, wondering what to do with the rest of the candy canes? Here is a simple DIY (do it yourself) project that is a perfect centerpiece for your holiday dinner table.

Candy Cane Vase

  1. First, buy a cheap rectangular vase and box of candy canes.

  2. Hot glue candy canes all around it.

  3. Next, tie ribbon around the candy canes.

  4. Lastly, place your favorite flowers in the vase and place on your table.
