The only way to prep for this signature main dish is to plan ahead of time how you will be cooking it. Chews and Booze is here to help you find the perfect way to cook the perfect turkey for Thanksgiving dinner.

Here are some of our favorite ways....

The Classic: Roasted Turkey

You can never go wrong with a classic. This roasted turkey is not only a family favorite, but it is one of the easier methods to tackle for those who do not like to get fancy in the kitchen.

The Fancy: Brined Turkey

This turkey is rich with flavor. The combination of various savory and sweet ingredients in this brine make for a turkey that is sure to impress.

The Outdoorsy: Grilled Turkey

This turkey is perfect for a classic, southern turkey. Not only is this turkey perfect for southern outdoor weather, but it also brings us home with its smoky flavor.

The Spicy: Dry-Rubbed Turkey

This turkey is perfect for anyone who wants to spice up their Thanksgiving meal with a Cajun kick. The blend of spices in this dry-rub is absolutely to die for and is perfect for a flavor filled night.

The Manly: Deep-Fried Turkey

Everyone has to try this deep-fried turkey at least once in their Thanksgiving careers. This turkey is definitely not a dull one, and its crunchy exterior will leave your guests wanting more.

The Adventurous: Turducken

This Turkey hybrid is a strange, but delicious one. It is a chicken stuffed inside a duck stuffed inside a turkey. This turkey is for anyone who is bored with the classic style of turkey, and is ready to change things up this Thanksgiving. Give this one a try and you will surely impress your guests.

It is crunch time Chews and Booze followers... Thanksgiving is almost here. Make sure to have your menus planned out and keep up with our daily countdown to ensure that no part of your Thanksgiving prep is forgotten. Stay tuned for our last day of the countdown!
